Welcome to the online public consultation for the proposed residential development of Land off Orton Lane, Wombourne, by St Philips.​

 

St Philips is proposing to develop 38 dwellings on Land off Orton Lane, which will include the creation of new vehicular access from Orton Lane, internal roads and car parking, provision of public open spaces, landscaping, attenuation ponds, and other associated infrastructure.

 

The aim of this consultation is to provide you with information regarding the development proposals and to allow you the opportunity to provide your comments on the scheme.
